The University of the Philippines (UP) -Philippine General Hospital (PGH) has invited interested parties to qualify and bid to design, construct, equip, and operate selected portions of a 300-bed comprehensive inpatient and outpatient Cancer Center in its Metro Manila campus.
The Private Partner will:
UP - PGH will provide clinical services free of charge to public patients (sponsored patients) in a dedicated, clinically separate 150-bed area and assume all related costs of clinical manpower, drugs, and consumables in that area and retain all teaching and research functions. The Project will follow a Build Transfer Operate (BTO) structure with a duration of 30 years. The estimated capital cost for the project is PHP6,051 million (US$108 million).
