The National Government of Colombia, through the National Infrastructure Agency (ANI), has initiated the public bidding process of the Accesos Norte II highway project, which is part of the Bicentennial Concessions (5G projects) by publishing the draft specifications. The awarded concession contract will allow to carry out: financing, preparation of studies and final designs, environmental management, property management, social management, construction, rehabilitation, improvement, operation and maintenance.
Accesos Norte II highway project will have a length of 17.96 km, including 11.6 km of public space, such as platforms, bike paths and improvement of returns and road intersections. The duration of the concession will be 29 years, with a pre-construction of 1.5 years and a construction period of 5.5 years.
The deadline to submit the offer is before September 01, 2021.
