The municipality of Baarle-Hertog is seeking a private partner to join the city center refill PPP project in Belgium. The partnership will be formed between the OCMW of Baarle-Hertog, together with Saint Remigius church and the social housing company DE ARK on the one hand, and the selected private partner on the other.
The project involves the redevelopment of the city center by the construction of commercial and residential areas, consisting of large and small housing units. The scope of works includes construction as well as architectural, engineering and planning services.
