The Municipality of Heikendorf, Germany, has launched a tender process to carry out a school public private partnership (PPP) project.

The preferred bidder will have responsible for the design, turnkey construction, financing, operation and maintenance of a multi-storey school building. The project will be developed on an approximately 6200 m² gross floor area. The concession period will be 25 years.

The total project investment is estimated at €10 million (US$10.75 million).

Interested parties must submit their request to participate on or before 5 February 2015.
