Test Valley Borough Council is seeking to procure detailed capacity and feasibility designs alongside development appraisal, funding and phasing advice for its Regeneration Masterplan. The plan consists of a complex programme of major projects, focused on the redevelopment of the Town Centre of Andover in Hampshire, UK. 

The selected company or consortium of companies needs to have the appropriate experience in development management, development valuations and appraisals, funding structures and architectural services.
