Victorian Health Building Authority has issued a tender looking for a building contractor to provide building and facility construction and maintenance services for the Hospital Day Rehabilitation Centre project in Bendigo, Australia.
The new facility will be developed on the Bendigo Hospital site, which includes several aged buildings in poor condition. The estimated total investment in the project is AUD60 million (US$46.47 million). The scope of work will include:
Construction work is expected to start in 2021, and the facility will be in operation by 2023. The project will create up to 180 construction jobs for the local regional community.
