Tender for Audimax PPP project in Gelsenkirchen received 0 participants

The Westfälische Hochschule announced that no tenders or requests to participate were received or all were rejected for its Audimax auditorium project in Gelsenkirchen, Germany. 

The project involves the development of a new Audimax at the Gelsenkirchen site. It also includes a senate hall, seminar rooms and rooms for sports with a usable area of ​​1,510 m².

The authority has launched a tender seeking a private partner who would plan and build the project and take over the maintenance and quantity guarantees for energy and media over a period of 25 years.
