Tender for A1 Münster- Osnabrück road PPP in Germany

DEGES has launched a tender process for the development of the A1 Münster- Osnabrück road PPP project in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.

The selected private partner will be responsible for the planning, construction, maintenance, operation and partial financing of the road project. The project is designed as a public-private partnership (PPP) project in the form of an availability model.

The new route is to be expanded to include six lanes over a section of 36.8 km. The maintenance and operation cover the entire stretch with a total length of 51.8 km. The duration of the contract will be 30 years.
