The Government of Canada has extended the deadline again of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the modernization of the Canadian Taxation Data Centre Complex in Ottawa.
The private partner will be responsible for the design, build, finance and maintenance (DBFM) as well as rehabilitation of 66,000 m2 of office space of the building.
