Temporis Investment Management Ltd, a unit of Temporis Capital, has announced the first close of its renewable energy development platform, the Temporis Aurora Limited Partnership ('Fund').
The Fund aims to support the development of over 1,000MW of pre-construction renewable energy projects and associated enabling energy storage infrastructure in Ireland over its 12 year life. It will achieve this objective by working closely with developers, local communities, green energy buyers and strategic partners to the Fund.
The Ireland Strategic Investment Fund (“ISIF”), Allied Irish Banks plc (AIB) and Encavis AG have committed to the first close with ISIF conditionally commits to increase its investment in the Fund at subsequent closings. The Fund has a target commitment size of EUR100m (US$113.99 million) and a maximum commitment size of EUR150m (US$170.98 million).
