Technical consultant selected for Audimax PPP in Germany

The University of Westphalia has selected Arcadis as a technical consultant for the Audimax PPP project in Germany. 

As a technical advisory, Arcadis will be responsible for the preparation of the procurement procedure (phase 1) to accompanying the procurement procedure in the so-called owner model to the conclusion of a contract with a PPP partner (phase 2) as well as the controlling that accompanies planning and construction. 

The project involves the development of a new Audimax for the University, including a senate hall, seminar rooms and rooms for sports with a total usable area of ​​1510 m 2
