The Agency for the Promotion of Private Investment (PROINVERSIÓN) signed an Inter-institutional Collaboration Agreement with the Provincial Municipality of Puno to carry out preliminary studies for the creation of a Cable Car project in Puno City, Peru. 

The endeavor to establish public tourist services within tourist resources, accessible through cable cars and cultural recreational spaces in the city of Puno, holds the potential to foster development for its residents. This includes the stimulation of both domestic and international tourism and the prospect of introducing a sustainable form of public transportation. PROINVERSIÓN is assisting in the development of preliminary studies for the Cable Car project. 

PROINVERSIÓN has signed 2 Technical Collaboration Agreements with the Provincial Municipality of Chiclayo in Lambayeque. The first involves training and technical support for PPP and Asset Projects promotion, while the second is for preparing the Multiannual Report on Investments in Public-Private Partnerships and Asset Projects (IMIAPP). The report by the Provincial Municipality of Chiclayo is anticipated to include projects like the Chiclayo Terrapuerto, parking areas via Asset Projects, and a solid waste project through PPP.
