TII (Transport Infrastructure Ireland) has appointed Barry Transportation (formerly known as Halcrow Barry) to deliver the design and planning consultancy services for the M20 (Limerick to Cork) Motorway project in Dublin, Ireland.
The EUR8 million (US$9.04 million) contract is awarded to Barry Transportation, one of the five shortlisted applicants in the design and planning tender launched for the M20 project. The EUR900 million (US$1.02 billion) project is funded by TII in partnership with lead authority Limerick City & County Council and Cork County Council. It will be managed by the Road and Design Office of the government.
