The Major Road Projects Authority (MRPA) of the government of Victoria, a state in the south-east of Australia, has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for technical advisory services.

MRPA is seeking to engage one service provider to provide centralised support to MRPA to develop and deliver its program of major road projects.

It is proposed that the service provider will be contracted under an exclusivity arrangement, whereby they are restricted from providing services to MRPA’s engaged contractors and bidders due to probity risks and perceived unfair advantage.

The closing time and date for submission of proposals is 2:00pm AEDST on 24 January 2019.
