Swiss Life Asset Managers launches second value-add fund vintage

Swiss Life Asset Managers has launched the Swiss Life Funds (LUX) ESG Global Infrastructure Opportunities Growth II, its second value-added strategy fund within its Infrastructure Equity platform.

Swiss Life Funds (LUX) ESG Global Infrastructure Opportunities Growth II will target digitalization, decarbonization, supply and logistics challenges and new mobility. The fund prefers to make impact investments in infrastructure, which offers potential for creation and growth. The fund will focus on unregistered opportunities in Europe and North America. 

The GIO Growth II fund is targeting EUR1 billion (US$1.09 billion) of assets under management, while the first fund closed total liabilities of EUR792 million (US$869 million).
