The Surrey County Council in the UK has issued a prior information notice (PIN) for the development of extra care housing complexes at four sites located in the county.
The scope of works involves the construction of around 260 housing units at sites located in Pinehurst, Brockhurst, Lakeside and Salisbury Road. The project is being procured under the design, build, finance and operation (DBFO) model.
The sites will be presented to the market in a tender opportunity starting in early 2022. With the PIN the authority seeks views and insights from organizations to assist with the planning of this procurement.
