StratCap has announced that in Q2 2023 the Company acquired nearly US$90 million of essential digital infrastructure assets including 13 cell towers and a data center.
The company made 13 cell tower acquisitions, involving individual and portfolio transactions in various states such as Missouri, Wisconsin, Florida, Tennessee, and New York. The towers primarily host major broadband carriers like AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Dish, as well as Wisconsin Electric Power Company, Wisconsin Power & Light, and an AT&T affiliate supporting AT&T's First Net Network. In addition to the cell towers, the company acquired a 127,000-sqft data center in Toronto, Canada. The data center currently has 2 high-credit-rated tenants and offers robust fiber connectivity with 10MVA of installed critical capacity, which is planned to increase to 27MVA.
