StratCap Wireless, the subsidiary of StratCap, has completed the acquisition of nearly US$20 million of essential cell towers and wireless easements from AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile in the USA.
The acquisitions include ten cell towers in Massachusetts, Missouri, Oregon, Indiana and New Jersey, and two rooftop easements in Portland, Maine. The tower's tenants include AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile, while the rooftop easements are home to eleven tenants with T-Mobile, US Cellular, Dish, Maine and several fixed wireless companies. The towers have significant capacity for additional tenants and 5G upgrades.
The transaction will expand StratCap's portfolio of core digital infrastructure assets.
