STRABAG SE has announced the acquisition of northern German cleaning service provider Bockholdt GmbH & Co.KG in Germany through STRABAG Property and Facility Services (STRABAG PFS).
Through the acquisition, STRABAG PFS expands its activities in the field of infrastructure management in Germany, which is in line with the company's goal of offering a nationwide service with a high degree of internal productivity and specialization. Bockholdt GmbH & Co.KG provides services in cleaning floors and natural stone, facade, glass, graffiti removal, indoor and outdoor floor cleaning and lawn maintenance. The company also offers robotic cleaning services for ventilation systems, environmentally friendly cleaning of solar and wind farms, professional pest control, and cleaning of operating rooms and hospitals.
The deal is expected to close in Q1 of 2023, subject to regulatory approval, at an undisclosed purchase price.
