Stonepeak has raised US$2.5 billion for its Stonepeak Asia Infrastructure Fund LP, according to the latest US Securities and Exchange Commission (US SEC) filing.
Stonepeak Asia Infrastructure Fund is a private equity fund with a focus on investments in energy, telecom and transport sectors in Asia-Pacific. The Fund was opened to investors in April 2021 and has already received commitments from at least 13 investors, including Border To Coast Pensions Partnership, which contributed US$210 million. The fund's target is US$3 billion.
