StepStone Private Wealth has announced the launch of the StepStone Private Infrastructure Fund (STRUCTURE), an evergreen interval fund that can be purchased on a daily basis.
STRUCTURE presents individual accredited investors and smaller institutions with a diverse opportunity to access a comprehensive assortment of private infrastructure assets within a unified investment. The primary focus of STRUCTURE is to allocate investments into assets that hold significant societal value, encompassing vital sectors such as transportation (including toll roads, airports, and mass transit), power (encompassing energy storage, transmission, distribution, and renewables), and data (covering data centers, cell towers, and fiber optics). This initiative will be realized through secondary acquisitions of operational entities and fund interests, direct co-investments, as well as measured commitments to new funds. Harnessing StepStone's established infrastructure platform, size, and industry relationships, STRUCTURE aims to gain entry to top-tier managers and operational entities with a history of excellence. StepStone will co-invest STRUCTURE's capital alongside its institutional clients. As an evergreen fund, STRUCTURE will continually raise capital on a daily basis and offer liquidity through quarterly redemptions amounting to 5% of the fund's Net Asset Value (NAV).
