Star America Infrastructure Partners, the New York based developer and manager of greenfield infrastructure assets in North America, has announced the fundraising of US$183.3 million for its Star America Infrastructure Fund LP.
The total number of investors who have invested in the offering is 37. More details about the investors have not been released.
The fund was established in 2012 with US$46.25 million of commitments. Later, in 2014, Star America Infrastructure Partners achieved the first close of the fund with US$77.2 million of commitments. The total amount raised by the fund to date is about US$183.3 million.

At the end of 2015 we reported that a consortium Star America, ACS Infrastructure Canada, and Ledcor, had plans to refinance the South Fraser Perimeter Road (SFPR) project in the Metro Vancouver region, Canada.
Star America Infrastructure Partners focuses on partnering with states and public agencies in delivering infrastructure projects across the transportation, social and environmental sectors. Over the past 15 years, Star America have had managed over 45 infrastructure projects valued at over US$60 billion.
