Stafford Capital Partners has announced the final close of its fourth infrastructure fund, Stafford Infrastructure Secondaries Fund IV (SISF IV).
SISF IV invests in basic infrastructure funds, targetting transitional energy assets, primarily in Europe, North America and Australia through LP and GP-led secondaries. SISF IV received EUR731 million (US$732 million) in commitments from 33 investors in 13 countries. Stafford has also raised an additional GBP100 million (US$116 million) account for secondary geographic infrastructure transactions. After fund´s closing, Stafford has US$1.7 billion in infrastructure assets under management.
