Sri Lanka launched RFEOI seeking technical consultant for road project

Road Development Authority (RDA) and Ministry of Highways & Road Development and Petroleum Resources Development (MOHRDPRD) in Sri Lanka has launched a request for expression of interest (RFEOI) seeking a technical consultant to provide services for expressway network.

The scope of works of consultancy firms includes tasks such as carry out a conceptual study including selecting of the possible new expressways for the proposed expressway Network expansion on outward and towards Colombo city; select of the future expressways and urban highway to be included in the proposed expressway network, for feasibility study, detailed engineering, land acquisition and resettlement, and procurement of civil works; carry out feasibility study for one of the proposed expressway and urban highway having first priority and select the final trace; undertake detailed conceptual designs for the selected expressway final trace and urban Highway.

The contract duration will be 30 months. The deadline to submit the interest is December 20, 2019. The details of the RFEOI can be found on our business opportunity page here
