Spain's new Minister of Public Works has announced that two concession projects in the region of Murcia will be the first to be tendered as part of the Extraordinary Road Plan (PIC):
These two projects will be tendered before the end of the year. The previous government (ousted in June) had planned to launch the tenders earlier this year, but the new ministers do not consider them yet ready for tender.
