The University of Warwick, Arden Cross Ltd, and placemaking firm Muse have signed a new agreement to construct a health technology campus in Solihull, UK.

The planned campus is an integral component of the large-scale Arden Cross regeneration initiative, set to benefit greatly from the HS2 interchange in Solihull. This partnership seeks to bring together Warwick University, the NHS, and private sector partners within a dynamic new development zone. With an estimated value of GBP 3.2 billion (US$ 4.1 billion), the broader Arden Cross project aims to create tens of thousands of jobs while introducing new housing, commercial hubs, and public spaces, shaping an innovation district anchored by the new campus.
