The scope of the project includes planning, design, structuring of financial resources, environmental remediation, construction, and historic rehabilitation. The 10-acre site will be developed using mixed-use design incorporating high-quality, economically diverse housing, modern and adaptable retail, commercial, office and/or hotel space along with integrated green spaces and multi-modal connectivity.
