SMC Infrastructure Partners (SMC) has acquired infrastructure investment platform InfraNext Partners (InfraNext).

InfraNext focuses on the next generation of infrastructure investing and places special attention on the energy transition, environmental impact, resilience and digitization sectors. With the addition of InfraNext, several key projects across SMC's platform are dramatically accelerated, especially thanks to InfraNext's highly actionable M&A and development pipelines.

SMC is a strategic investor in companies that provide mission-critical infrastructure support and a developer of core-plus infrastructure assets with over $400M in total holdings.
