Skanska to invest in Housing PPP Project in USA

Skanska has announced its US$296 million investment to develop a building of 31-story, 324-unit Class A apartment building, with US$190 million reserved for the cost of construction, which will be logged in its US order bookings for the Q4 of this year.

The venture is being developed in the trendy Belltown neighborhood of Seattle, Washington and aims for LEED Gold, Fitwel, and WiredScore certifications.

The project Construction work is expected to start in December 2022, and completion is scheduled for Q2 2025.
