Roger Bayliss, Executive Vice President at Skanska UK, is taking off from his current position to Senior Vice President, Operational Efficiency the next month.
This movement is in accordance to drive the company towards improved efficiency across its worldwide operations. He will focus on how Skanska projects and the wider business can become more efficient and customer-oriented.
Roger Bayliss joined Skanska UK in 2007 as Project Director for the £1 billion (US$1.45 billion) PFI redevelopment of St Bartholomew’s and the Royal London hospitals. In 2008 he became a member of Skanska UK’s Executive Management Team and he has spent the past five years as Chief Finance Officer.
