- Archer Western – de Moya JV
- Fluor - Astaldi - MCM
- Miami Community Builders JV, comprised of Parsons Construction Group, Inc. and Community Asphalt Corp., a member of OHL Group.
- Kiewit Granite Constructors, a Joint Venture
- Building a NEW MIAMI Partners, formed by Dragados, Prince Contracting and GLF Construction Corporation.
- Condotte FCC Lane JV
