The Board of Directors of the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), a member of the HCAP Group, has prequalified the interested parties to participate in Phase B (Binding Offers Phase) of the tender process for the concession of the marina of Kalamaria in Greece. The other concession of marina Itea is declared as incomplete, due to lack of binding offers.

The prequalified parties will receive the documents of Phase B and will be granted access to the virtual data room (VDR) with data and information related to the concession. The tender is for the concession of port operation services (berthing and other services) and of the right to use, operate, manage, and exploit the movable and/or fixed assets for a period of 35 years.
