Six bidders shortlisted for DBFOM of Inglewood Transit Connector in USA

The City of Inglewood has shortlisted six bidders for the development of the Inglewood Transit Connector in Los Angeles, USA. The selected private partner will be responsible for the design, finance, build, operation and maintenance (DBFOM) of the 1.6-mile elevated automated transit system with three stations connecting the K-Line to Downtown Inglewood/Market Street, The Forum, SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park, and Intuit Dome.

The shortlisted bidders are:

  • ACS;
  • CINTRA US;
  • Fengate Asset Management;
  • Fengate Capital Management;
  • Plenary Americas;
  • Star America.

These six bidders will now participate further in the procurement process. The authority plans to award the DBFOM contract in Q3 2023.
