Makati Development Corporation- DDT Konstract Inc.The first phase of the PSIP covers the design, construction and maintenance of 9,301 classrooms in 2,204 public schools within the next 10 years under a Build-Lease-and-Transfer contract. Three contract packages are being bidded out under this first phase of the PSIP.On April 30, 2012, the six qualified bidders will participate in a lottery to determine the school sites where they are expected to put up their prototype structures. The construction of a sample two-storey, two classroom-building is required under the PSIP technical bid evaluation process.The
