Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC (Greystar) has acquired a site at Wembley Park from Quintain to build a 20-storey student accommodation comprising 770 beds alongside 7,480 sq. ft. of internal and 9,096 sq. ft. of external amenity space in Wembley, London, UK.

Quintain secured planning permission for 100% market rent Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) at the site as part of the Wembley Park regeneration program. The construction partner, McAleer & Rushe, has completed the demolition. The site will be developed immediately, with the first occupancy expected in September 2025, and will be operated by Greystar under the Canvas brand. The site is adjacent to Greystar's existing 283-bed PBSA in the Wembley Park area. Greystar's investment is a reflection of London's continued appeal, which is marked by a severe shortage of top-notch student housing.
