Three bidders have been shortlisted to deliver the AUD294 million (US$198.94 million) Geelong Convention and Exhibition Centre (GCEC) PPP Project in Geelong city, Victoria, Australia.

The selected bidder will be responsible for the design, construction, financing and maintenance of the Convention center that will feature a 200-room upscale hotel and commercial spaces, with a 1,000-seat plenary venue and 3,700 sq m of multi-purpose space which will allow small and large events to run concurrently.
