A bidding team comprising Lane Construction Corporation, Allen Contracting and KeyBank has withdrawn from the procurement process for the Gilcrease Expressway West P3 project in Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA.
The so-called Oklahoma Turnpike Constructors consortium was selected to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the project alongside two other teams: AECOM Energy and Construction Inc., Duit Construction Company and Wells Fargo Securities; and Manhattan Road & Bridge Company, Sherwood Construction Co and RBC.
The RFP is expected to be issued to the two remaining bidders in the first quarter of 2019.
The project involves the construction and financing of a fully functional four-lane divided, tolled highway, which will link two existing roads - Interstate 44 and US 412, on the west side of Tulsa.
