Oxford University Development Ltd (OUD) has shortlisted five teams for the development of the area around Begbroke Science Park in the UK. The GBP1 billion (US$1.34 billion) project consists of up to 2,000 high-quality new homes, schools, communal facilities and a public park. It involves the expansion of existing Science Park into a new innovation district to provide a new location for innovation and collaboration between University researchers and the private sector.
