Sheremetyevo Holding, the operator of the Moscow Sheremetyevo International Airport is considering the sale of its 30% stakes in the facility.
The company did not disclose details with regards to the planned deal.
Sheremetyevo Holding owns 66% in the airport while the Russian Federal Property Management Agency owns 30.43% of the shares.
The facility is located in Khimki, Moscow Oblast, Russia. In 2019, the airport accommodates up to 45 million passengers and almost 400,000 aircraft.
