Seven teams have been shortlisted for the project: - Access Capital - American Water - Aqua Pennsylvania - Lehigh County Authority - Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA) - NDC Housing - United Water The city is now conducting due diligence on the prequalified firms and it reserves the right to eliminate some of the firms from further consideration. An RFP will be issued in October, with responses due in December. Closing is anticipated to occur in March 2013
