Maryland Department of Transportation / Maryland Transit Administration (MDOT / MTA) in the USA has reached a settlement agreement with Purple Line Transit Partners (PLTP) to continue works on purple line PPP. The PLTP is a consortium consisting of Meridiam, Star America, and Fluor. Both parties have accepted a US$ 250 million agreement to settle all disputed claims and litigation over cost overruns and project delays.
