The City of Novi Sad, located in northern Serbia, has launched a Request for Expression of Interest (RFEOI) for the design, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of parking garages located across the city.

The City intends to develop garages at six locations with over 2,000 spaces in total. Interested parties are invited to submit letters of interest to develop all or only individual locations of their choice.

The City of Novi Sad will provide the construction land for the project. Potential partners are expected to carry out their own assessments as well as to carry out all necessary checks.

The deadline to submit letters of interest is 8 April 2019. For more information, see the Business Opportunity.
