Second round of tender for Argostoli Marina Concession in Kefalonia

The Board of Directors of the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) has proceeded to the pre-selection of the interested investment parties that meet the criteria to participate in the second phase of the tender for the Argostoli Marina Concession in Kefalonia, Greece.

The pre-selected investment schemes are as follows:

  • Α1 YACHT TRADE CONSORTIUM S.A.;
  • AKTOR CONCESSIONS S.A. – NAFPIGOPLASTIKI;
  • D MARINAS HELLAS SINGLE MEMBER S.A.;
  • LAMDA MARINAS INVESTMENTS S.M.S.A.;
  • NOAM COHEN;
  • TEKAL S.A.

After signing the relevant confidentiality agreements the pre-selected investment schemes will receive the documentation of the second phase of the tender. These schemes also will have access to the Virtual Data Room, where data and other information about the concession will be posted. The term of the concession is at least 35 years, the concession can be extended for a maximum of 10 years. 

The company KANTOR BUSINESS CONSULTANTS HELLAS S.A. acted as a financial advisor, the law firm LEXPARTNERS Sfikakis & Associates Law Firm as legal advisor and the companies TRITON Consulting Engineers S.A. and ADK - ARONIS - DRETTAS - KARLAFTIS Consulting Engineers S.A. as technical advisors.
