The Board of Directors of the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) has proceeded to the pre-selection of the interested investment parties that meet the criteria to participate in the second phase of the tender for the Argostoli Marina Concession in Kefalonia, Greece.
The pre-selected investment schemes are as follows:
After signing the relevant confidentiality agreements the pre-selected investment schemes will receive the documentation of the second phase of the tender. These schemes also will have access to the Virtual Data Room, where data and other information about the concession will be posted. The term of the concession is at least 35 years, the concession can be extended for a maximum of 10 years.
