Infrastructure agency in the state of saskatchewan (Canada), SaskBuilds, is seeking one or more legal advisors to provide comprehensive legal advisory and support services for P3 projects, including procurement planning and, if approved, implementation.

SaskBuilds is considering a public-private partnership (P3) delivery model for the following projects:

• Project A - Nine Joint-Use Schools;
• Project B - Regina Bypass;
• Project c - Saskatchewan Hospital.

The state of Saskatchewan got very active with P3 projects during the year 2013. The state launched several tender processes throughout this year:

• Regina wastewater plant P3 project
• Kindersley wastewater P3 project
• Saskatchewan health P3 project
• Student Housing Facility DBFO on SIAST Palliser Campus
• Saskatoon Civic Operations P3
