The State of Sao Paulo has launched a market sounding for its planned projects that will be implemented under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) scheme.
The projects included in the pipeline are:

- Cantareira State Park and Alberto Löfgren State Park (São Paulo Forest Gardens)
- Travessias Litorâneas (Ferry Services) project
- Ibirapuera Gymnasium project
- Prison Units project
- Rodoanel Beltway Services Stations and Rest Areas
- Paranapiacaba Conservation Units Mosaic project
- Caminhos do Mar Park project
- Sao Paulo airports
- Marginal Tietê and Marginal Pinheiros (SP-015) highway project
- New Pinheiros River waster treatment facility
- Água Branca Park
- Piracicaba-Panorama road project
- Santos e São Sebastião Ports project
- Rapid transit train lines 8 (Diamond) and 9 (Emerald) project
- Inter-city Rail Services project
- New Food Supply warehouse project
- Inter-Municipal Bus Transport System project
- Metropolitan Inter-city Bus Service
The State government will launch the tender process of the project in due time.
