The San Pablo City Water District (SPCWD) held a pre-bid conference at the SPCWD Training Center on April 19, 2022, for the lone qualifying bidder for the second phase of the Bulk Water Supply Project-North Service Area in the Philippines.
The pre-bid conference was held to discuss questions and clarifications on the bidding documents before qualified bidders submit their proposals. The project is structured as a solicited Joint Venture (JV), following two-stage public bidding. The lone qualifying bidder consists of companies like PA Alvarez Property Ventures Inc., ME Sicat Construction Inc., CG Integra Corp. and AM Gatbonton Ventures Corp.
The scope of the project includes the finance, design, construction, drilling and installation of production wells and filtration facilities, treated water reservoir, conveyance facilities, metered interconnections facilities, security perimeter fencing as well as the operation and maintenance of the constructed facilities for the period of 25 years.
