San Jose city water supply and sanitization concession signed

Manila Water Co. Inc. has signed a concession agreement for the water and sanitation project in San Jose City in Nueva Ecija. This project includes design, construction, rehabilitation, maintenance, operation, financing, expansion, and management of the water supply system and sanitation facilities. The project will provide 21 million liters of water per day once operational.

The Manila Water Co. Inc. consists of Ayala group, Manila Water Philippine Ventures Inc., and Tubig Pilipinas Group Inc. The estimated investment for the project is PHP 1.4 billion (US$ 29.13 million). The concession period for the project is 25 years.
