Sacyr sold 49% stake to GED Infrastructure and Caser Seguros

Sacyrthrough its subsidiary Sacyr Concesiones, has reached an agreement for the sale of a minority stake of 49% of the Eresma toll road which connects Madrid and Valladolid, to the consortium formed by GED Infrastructure and CASER Seguros.

The Autovía del Eresma, a 52 km shadow toll-road concession, is a key transportation route linking the cities of Valladolid and Segovia with a high-capacity road. Sacyr Concesiones, with support from BBVA as its Sole Financial Advisor, has recently completed the sale of a 49% stake in Autovía del Eresma. The consortium acquiring this stake is composed of GED Infrastructure and Caser, along with Caser's subsidiary Aldebarán Riesgo. The transaction value for this attributable stake amounts to EUR 69 Million (US$74 million).
