Royal Inland Hospital Patient Care Tower project reach financial close

The Royal Inland Hospital Patient Care Tower project in the city of Kamloops reached financial close today with the first internationally accredited green bond in the Canadian P3 market. 

The proposed nine-story building plus rooftop helipad, and two levels of underground parking to supplement 165 new surface parking stalls is expected to be ready for occupancy by 2021.
