The National Commission for Strategy and Prognosis, an entity of the Romanian government, has relaunched the tender for the construction and operation of a multifunctional clinic within the National Institute of Infectious Diseases in Bucharest. The project will be structured as a public-private partnership (PPP).
In early 2019, the government has launched tender for the project, however, no bidders have submitted the proposal. The concession would be 17.5 years with 30 months of it intended for the project construction. The selected private partner will cover 75% of the financing.
